Once that has been agreed, the agent then needs to perform marketing about the property in order to attract potential buyers or tenants.
And only once the deal has been tied up is there then the administrational work or moving through sales progression or the rental checks.
So almost all of the work relates to marketing. But here is the thing. Most Estate Agency Software does nothing around marketing.
