In 2017 Ben Roberts from Keystone Property & Mortgage Centre saw no possible way of charging any more than he was currently charging for his estate agency services, the idea of increasing his fees was ludicrous as 'thing were different in his area'. Four years later and his fees are significantly higher and he has more business. How??
