Following a rigorous process, Lifesycle has been chosen as the software provider for By Design, a new high-end network brand for independent agents being launched by former Fine & Country Chief Executive David Lindley to win market share in premium markets.
As the former CEO of Fine & Country, Lindley knows both the good and the bad side of running a national high-end brand. He says: “Running a national network of independent agents is great for sellers as they get the service of a small business owner but with the marketing power of a national brand. However, due to the myriad of different softwares being used by all those different companies, it creates a very disjointed network. This is a major problem and one that we saw as a priority to solve to create a truly interconnected national network that will make the lives of our agents and in turn their customers better."
"Along with this, we wanted to find a way for our agents working in a much more modern way, embracing social media over print, and giving them the power to help each other through automated referrals along with some tools that no other agents would be able to offer."
He added: "After investigating many of the estate agency software products on offer and taking all of that into account, Lifesycle was head and shoulders above anything else on the market."
